Table Numbers
Table numbers are the smallest pieces on the table and the ones guests handle most. They get picked up, photographed and moved around all night, so they need to look right from every angle and survive being knocked.
Ours are cut from 3mm acrylic with the numerals bonded on top of the panel rather than printed flat, and each one comes with a detachable acrylic stand.
Sizes and designs
Our table numbers are $13.99 each, with sixteen designs across three size formats:

The stand measures 180 × 45mm and slots off for packing and storage. Custom sizes are available on request and quoted individually.
Which size to choose
The 200mm designs read well on a long table or anywhere guests are finding their seat from a distance. The smaller formats suit tables already carrying a lot, such as a full floral runner or a heavy place setting, where a tall sign would be competing for space. If your seating chart sends guests to a table number rather than a table name, go larger.
Double-sided numbers
On round tables, guests approach from every direction, so a single-sided number is only readable from half the room. We can make them double-sided so the numeral reads from both faces. Worth doing on round tables, rarely necessary on long banquet tables set against a wall.
Colours and finishes
The panel and the numerals are chosen separately.

- Frosted and clear panels, where the numeral appears to float above the table
- Timber and MDF for rustic and outdoor settings
How many do I need?
Order one per table, then add a spare or two. Tables get added late far more often than they get removed, and a single extra number ordered on its own later will not always match the first batch perfectly if we have restocked a colour in between.
If you are naming tables instead of numbering them, we cut those to order as well. Send us the list of names and we will quote it.
Matching the rest of your signage
Table numbers are usually the last thing couples think about and the first thing that looks out of place when it does not match. Ordering them alongside your welcome sign and seating chart keeps the typeface, the colour and the finish consistent across the room, and it means everything arrives together.
Turnaround and delivery
Table numbers usually run one to two weeks from order. They ship Australia-wide, and because they pack flat they are one of the few pieces we can send anywhere without any fuss. Adelaide local delivery is available, as is venue setup if you would rather not be placing sixteen numbers yourself on the morning.
