Wedding Signage
Wedding signage is the part of the day people actually read. It points guests where to go, tells them where to sit, and sets the tone of the room before anyone has said a word. We design and make all of it in Adelaide, cut on our own laser and finished by hand.
Everything we make is built to order. You are not choosing from a catalogue of layouts. We design the piece around your day, show you a mockup, and only then start cutting.

Ordering several pieces together is the easiest way to keep the fonts and finishes consistent across the whole room.
Materials and finishes
We cut on a CO₂ laser in 3mm acrylic as standard, with 6mm where a piece needs more weight behind it.
- Gloss and matte acrylic in over 20 colours including black, white, cream, beige, burgundy, olive, mint, dusty blue and terracotta
- Mirror acrylic in gold and silver
- Frosted and clear, for lettering that appears to float
- Timber and MDF, for barn, garden and outdoor settings
If the colour you want is not something we hold, we source it. Very little has ever been out of reach.
Layered acrylic
Our lettering is cut separately and bonded on top of the backing panel rather than printed onto it, so the text sits physically raised off the surface. Under venue lighting it casts a soft shadow, and that depth is the main reason our signs photograph the way they do.

Table numbers are $13.99 each and include a detachable acrylic stand. Seating charts and anything custom are quoted individually, because the price depends on size, format and how much design work is involved.
Large-format and custom commissions
We build well past standard sheet sizes and have produced pieces up to 2.1 by 2.1 metres. At that scale a sheet of 3mm acrylic is far too flimsy to hold itself, so large pieces are built on a timber or MDF backing with the acrylic face laminated to it. Where the styling suits it we also work in MDF that comes pre-laminated in melamine. Our laser-cut lettering is applied and finished by hand afterwards, which is how the detail stays sharp at a size no desktop laser could cut in one pass.
Curved and shaped pieces are just as achievable at that scale. Where an outline is larger than the laser bed, we cut the shape with a router and other tooling, then finish the edge by hand. An oversized arched sign is no harder to commission than a rectangular one.
Pieces this large are Adelaide-based by default because of how they travel. If you are interstate and want something oversized, ask us. It usually comes down to courier cost and access at the venue.
How long it takes
Standard signs such as an A1 welcome sign take one to two weeks from order. Large custom commissions can take a month or more, since they involve more design work and more hand finishing.
Weddings cluster in the lead-up to summer, so that is when our calendar fills first. If your date falls in that window, get in touch earlier than you think you need to. We do offer a rush option when we have the capacity for it.
How it works
- Tell us about the day. Your date, your venue, the pieces you need, and anything you have already locked in.
- We design and mock it up. You see a visual of the finished piece before anything is cut, with a couple of rounds of revisions included.
- You approve it. Nothing goes on the laser until you are happy.
- We cut, layer and finish by hand.
- Delivery, pickup or installation.
Bringing your own artwork
If you have a designer or a stylist already, we will cut from your files. We accept SVG, AI and DXF. Send it through early and we will check it is cuttable before you commit to anything.

Can you match my invitations?

Do you make signage for engagements and other events?

Can you cut shapes other than rectangles?
Yes. Arches, circles, scallops and custom silhouettes are all cuttable.
How far in advance should I order?
Four to six weeks before the date is comfortable for standard signage. For a large custom piece, give us two to three months if you can.
